The October issue of Mojo, the UK music magazine, includes a covermount CD called "Made In Britain". Billed as "the sound of a new England", it features tracks from various artists from the years 1977 to 1983. Included is the Alien Sex Fiend song "I'm Doing Time In A Maximum Security Twilight Home" (possibly the longest song title ever?), although true fans out there will know that this song wasn't written until 1985! But never mind, it's the thought that counts!!! The Fiends are in good company with bands like their mates The Meteors, Sham 69 (The Fiends say 'ello to Jimmy Pursey), The Damned (wotcha Captain), The Ruts, Soft Cell (hey Marc), & Barking's Billy Bragg.... In the magazine this track is listed as being taken from "The Best Of Alien Sex Fiend" CD (which it is) but it also originally appeared on ASF's 1985 Maximum Security album (aka The First ASF Compact Disc), both of these CDs are currently available from Blue Crumb Truck the Official Alien Sex Fiend Online Store.
